Shipping policy

At the start up off our company, we will be offering pre-orders on most items. Once things get rolling we hope to be able to build stock and ship out items as soon as they are ordered. Please bare with us in this start up process.

During our pre-order periods, we collect orders and get a rough estimate of how many items we need. We then take the order over to our local print shop and wait on the order to be fulfilled. These fulfillment times run anywhere from 2-4+ weeks. As soon as we get our items back and approve of the quality, we immediately ship these out at the most cost effective option to you.

We are not responsible for the item(s) once they are fulfilled and shipped out. If for any reason your order gets lost during shipping, please email us and we will get a claim started with the postal service used. Once we hear back from the postal service, we will reach out to you with the option of a refund or replacement (if approved and applicable).
